A warm meal a day

To be able to attend school every day, it is important that the basic needs in life are covered. Many of the children come from disadvantaged homes. Their parents do have employment, but when they are at work, there is no one to look after the children when they come back from school. There is no food, because they cannot afford it. These factors cause a poor performance at school. With an empty stomach, it`s impossible to attend and concentrate in school. Mondesa School and Community Foundation supports "a warm meal a day. To be able to attend school every day, it`s important that the basic needs in life are covered.
